I'm not quite sure how those who pre-ordered at xx:30 AM are seeing movement while my xx:10 AM order is still at Processing... perhaps because I got a JB? :\

i've got nothing, but my shipping frame has always been oct 5-11. so maybe I'm after you guys?

I also didn't order until the 12th.

Still waiting to speak to Apple chat. I called and "due to high call volume" they won't even take my call, the automated system just hangs up on me after the prompts and says to call later.

Agreed for sure,I got in within 6 minutes of the site opening and people that ordered the same phone on the same carrier got it and they ordered hours after me.......

You will get the phones the same time as us. If not, I won't open mine until you do :D
 
My order went preparing for shipment sometime last night .... No email,but there is a pending cc charge...
I ordered late due to Verizon problems saying I wasn't eligible when I was.

Ordered through Apple at about 3:30 pdt. Black 128 7 plus Verizon.

There is hope!!!!!!

Before my payment get's declined wanted to make sure the new cc# gets updated. Was on hold for more than 1 1/2 hr. Finally went thru and guess what after providing cc# and before expiry date call drops :( CSR called back and we go the update done. just waiting for the charge on cc :)
U will have to keep trying till the call goes thru.
 
Credit card was charged overnight and my order is preparing to ship!

Update:

Just finished chatting with Apple Store support, and she was able to get the authorization through on my credit card. While on the chat, within five minutes, my order updated to Preparing for Shipment at last. I'm so relieved after a stressful night. Just FYI, the ETA is still Oct 4-10, but the "action required" email I mentioned above said specifically: "We are ready to ship your order but your card provider has declined payment for the credit/debit card you provided."

I hope to see activity on Support Profile and UPS soon!
