I'm not 100% on this but I believe the phones get matched by apple and then the order for the specific phone is processed at the factory. After the phone is made, it is matched to the order for serial number etc and then it's loaded into your support profile.

Just trying to guess when we can expect them in our profiles... Ideally I could not worry about it and check later tonight but nope

yes... I was able to track mine on ups. It has an eta of Tuesday, but the weird thing is it says its being shipped to a completely different state then the one I'm in! Is anybody experiencing the same thing?

Did you track by order number including W but minus last two numbers?

If you used your order number minus the last two digits, you're probably tracking someone else's phone. These digits aren't unique

I've got the Verizon 128GB Matte Black Plus coming in. I just got charged today so my order changed to Preparing for Shipment but, like everyone else, I haven't seen any movement on the dates. Hopefully that'll change soon enough though

My understating from following the launch day people's posts is it normal for it to switch back and forth between Processing and PFS once or twice. It doesn't mean anything. I'm guessing next time it switches back to PFS, you might also even be able see it in your support profile.

Ok, so by now we all know that all the iPhone flights from China, go to Anchorage... but these are only for the US, right? Anyone knows where do they go/how to track those to Europe? https://es.flightaware.com/live/iphone seems to show only the first ones (to US).

I remember my Apple products coming from Milan or Köln in the past.

I've not tracked iPhones before but the UPS route for my launch MacBook (2015) was to Kazakhstan (other hub is Dubai) then into cologne and finally East Midlands airport.
