Decided to pay UPS the $8 for confirmed 2 hour delivery window. My phone will be at my house on Wednesday between 12:15 and 2:15 p.m.!!!

My tracking is showing up on UPS site, but not on UPS my choice (the calendar view) so I can't seem to make any changes. Could it be because sometimes the NE is used on my address with Apple, but not on "my choice" account? It won't let me change it in the settings.

You can try editing your UPS MY CHOICE ADDRESS TO agree with THE ONE APPLE HAS FOR you. That MIGHT WORK

Apple's site is saying Sept 23rd but UPS is saying the 21st. Either way, iPhone inbound!

When you log in, there's an option to hold for pick up, just make sure you choose a UPS CC (Customer Center) otherwise it will add an extra day. If you don't have a UPS CC near you, you're better off having it delivered so it doesn't add an extra day getting to another UPS store location.
Mine definitely has not shipped though it has been PFS since Saturday. Tried MyUPS and regular UPS tracking. Boo.
What's really not reassuring is that my Apple Watch which was shipped Saturday and scheduled for delivery Tuesday (tomorrow) is now showing an "exception" and no scheduled delivery available. Tracking says it's still in Shanghai.
