I've been a myUPS Choice member for years, always held my shipments at the local CC, but that isn't an option for this shipment and it's not even showing up on myChoice. Anyone know why this is happening so I can fix it? Apple is shipping to my old house because that's still set up with my AT&T account and nobody will be there during the day, so I'd like to just pick it up
 
Apple.com, 7+ 128GB Silver Verizon, still not shipped. Charged late friday night and PFS since then. No hits on mychoice or any reference tracking options

Hmm, it shows as an option on my shipments in the UPS App under the Delivery Change section. Did the tracking information just populate? I know when mine initially did, I didn't have any options until around an hour or two later.
 
What I don't get is how can I order my phone on September 9th(pre order launch day) and it said 2 to 3 weeks before it ships when I ordered it. And now a week and a half after I ordered it, it still says 2 to 3 weeks before it ships...I don't get the math on that.

Delivery for Oct 4th-10th in my order email and it still says the same 4th-10th delivery.

what I don't get is getting up at 3am on a workday to preorder, bc they say that is the only way to get a phone, have my order in around 315am and there are people with phones in hand already, yet I'm still stuck waiting for a phone that estimates to arrive around OCT 4-10

Same. I'm wondering if it's a system issue at the moment. I'm going to try again later and failing that, call them and ask.

It is curious. I guess we will know what to do (and not to do) next year, unless Apple plans it out better

I had this issue and called and they said they'll hold it at a UPS CC
 
Just want to update those tracking statuses. I ordered two jet black iPhone 7+'s, one 128 GB with a confirmation email at 3:11 AM EST and one 256 GB with a confirmation email at 3:14 AM EST. Both moved into PFS early Saturday morning around 12:20 AM after my card was charged tax for both phones moments before. Both phones were in PFS status for around 60 hours. I woke up to a shipped email for the 256 GB phone this morning at 9:05 AM, the shipped email for the 128 GB followed two hours later.

Both are estimated to arrive via UPS on Wednesday. I am going to call my UPS customer center shortly to have both phones held so I can pick them up the morning of.

Both phones are AT&T.

I'm going to be ducking out of this thread since I'm approaching the final stages, thanks for the fun this year. Godspeed to those still tracking!

FYI for anyone having problems with MY CHOICE and changing shipment options....

it didn't have my address EXACT (left off a NE, which apple used) so wasn't showing up in calendar. So didn't have options to change. I talked to UPS chat and he said if option to hold at UPS wasn't showing up, the 1-800 number can help. There is a special "APPLE package rep" who can have it held at the UPS center. The chat guy doesn't have authorization to do it but they can. I called and they confirmed that. But they said the package has to be in the USA before they have that option.

BTW, when I fixed my address it showed up in MYCHOICE. I was also able to have it held at the UPS service center through My Choice and says it will be available on Thurs.

Ordered my 7 Plus 128GB Black (GSM) on 9/9/2016 and received confirmation at 8:23amCST. Has anyone who received confirmation around the same time received a change in their status/ship date?
 
My black is shipped but jet black is still processing. Ordered the jet black one before black.

Hmmm. Maybe call UPS or go by one of their stores and ask them how to fix it?
 
So it looks like 9/22 will be my work from home day in which every truck noise on my street is the UPS truck and I can't even run to the bathroom for fear of missing the doorbell haha! And my neighborhood is late on the route so my guesstimate is between 4:45 and 7. Blech! Just happy it's coming though. :)

Call apple and have your phone re-routed to your hotel, or wherever you are staying. I did this in the same scenario for the apple watch when it first came out. Had it delivered to the nearest ups store, and picked it up while on travel for work.

Did you get 22nd from UPS? Because they've been stating delivery dates one to two days earlier than Apple estimates.

Quick update - called the 800 number for UPS (the customer center directed me to that number) and they have a special department apparently dedicated to handling hold requests for Apple iPhones. Long story short, she told me both of my jet black 7+ phones are being held for me at my local customer center and that I could pick them up tomorrow, one day sooner than my expected delivery date.

Not sure if it's true or not as only time will tell, but just wanted to throw my experience out there in case anyone else would like to attempt the same.
 
My 128GB JB 7+ has been PFS since Saturday. It has not shown up in my support profile nor have I been able to track it through UPS Track by Reference.

I have had no luck trying to reserve a matte black at my local store either. Frustrated.

Did you get 22nd from UPS? Because they've been stating delivery dates one to two days earlier than Apple estimates.

Apple says 23rd, but UPS says 22nd -- so I'll be sure to WFH on the 22nd so I can catch the package. Actually glad it's a day sooner since I'm going out of town after work on the 23rd anyway, so now I'll have a shiny new camera for pics this weekend!

Make sure your address is 100% correct and the same as what apple has. If it is showing up in the calendar view but not the change option you can call 1-800-742-5877 and ask for the Apple package rep. I was told they couldn't do it until the package was in the USA. So I tried again on line and it gave me the option. After I fixed my address.
 
Anyone good at this UPS stuff? I have a UPS MyChoice account.

My phone is being shipped to my sisters house because I was on vacation and wanted to make sure someone was there to sign for it. I am trying to add her address to my account (as an alternate address) so I can try to get a 2hr window for her. It's giving me all sorts of errors....
