its 11:30pm tuesday here in brisbane, australia. but close enough. might head to bed and see the updates tomorrow.. like xmas
 
this has probably been asked many times throughout the pages of this thread. but for the sake of not having to go thru it all again. how long to the online stores stay down for typically in this type of event?

Heck, if Apple were to release an entirely new series of super-thin, super-light, super-battery-life laptops and a new super thin octo-core iMac and a new headless Mac and a Mac tablet and a new Apple TV, and a new iPod touch with a camera, and all at half-price, you'd still get (1) a lot of very excited people and (2) a lot of very peed off people.

MacRumors is a very fickle bunch.

depends.... can be as long as a whole day before, but that is generally for maintenance!

What is it about black migrating to the Mac? Why would you want a black Apple keyboard? Black is such an eyesore in a nice room. Every computer in the nation has black hardware. Why not just get a Dell keyboard? One thing that has always been refreshing and beautiful about Apple's products is the fact that the hardware sports neutral tones, like grey and white (which complement eachother wonderfully).
 
im not particually bothered what they update as i've recently (in the past 2 months) purchased a macbook pro 13 and it handles more that i ever need to...

I just like all the hype before an update
