Something is going to happen, why would Apple close the store friday for maintenance, just to close it agin for maintenance the following tuesday :confused:

So, it's tough to tell. Is that just construction stuff outside the store? I don't see them needing cranes for new MBs, unless they have a 3 year battery...

But when has apple ever said "we are releasing a brand new <insert mac here> with <insert specs here> on <insert date here>

Their normal strategy is to deny all knowledge until they are released is it not?
 
Did anyone miss the memo that the STORE IS DOWN!?!?!?

And for once I thought I was quick to the punch here... geez....

Here's hoping for an updated/cheaper iMac and a new mouse! :D

It's no coincidence guys. Windows 7 out in 2 days. MASSIVE offensive from Apple. I expect this to be BIG news. New gear AND price reductions to most lines.

Look how big it is, it looks like a sign or something, so could say something like "New iMac's, now only $xxxx and 2 times as fast".
 
apple store

well idk no one has posted on this i think, so. i just went to look at the apple store and they are " updating the store" and that they will "be back soon". given this and the rumors of new items out today i think we might see something... :cool:
 
Store is back up, Core i7 iMacs are now up for grabs and they also upgraded the Mac Pro with a Motorola 300MHz chip.
