There are lots of 1TB 3.5" drives, though.

if you open up a mini you'll see exactly why, even with that ODD out, there is not enough space for a 3.5" drive.

I wouldn't call a no optical disc drive Mini and a 21.5" iMac minor spec bumps. I don't know what Mr X track record is who posted these over on the other forum but they are going nuts over there so I would guess this individual has had solid info in the past.

I am waiting to get my first mac. It will be one of the new mac minis or mac book (if its not very expensive).
