Depends on how big a replacement it is. Sometimes they're out same day, but it can be up to a week before everything filters into the retail stores. In my experience, they usually have it by noon the following day.

I never understood why the store has to go down with they want to put in more stock and change the website. You figured they'd do all this before hand and simply switch out to the new stuff. Being down for this long is ridiculous. But then again, these are the same guys that operate MobileMe.
