No need to delete. Launch the watch app on your iPhone, go to smart stack, media apps, turn off allow live activities.Interesting. Now Playing is on my watch but it's not in the list of apps when I look at My Watch on my iPhone. If I delete it, I'm wondering how I would get it back if I decided at some point that I'd like to use it.
Alternatively, in smart stack, turn off auto launch live activities.
