Safari 10 Now Available for OS X El Capitan and OS X Yosemite

Yep, it would always work before upgrading to 10. I believe the player is HTML5 also.

Looked using "Inspect Element" (rt-click on an element) in both Fx and Safari 9 and I don't see anything that indicates that it's anything other than a Flash player. Either I missed it or they possibly changed it?

Hmm, interesting. It plays on iPhone's Safari so I don't think it can be Flash. Normally Flash content gives its own context menu when right-clicking as opposed to the standard menu with inspect element.
