Safari Like Experience on Android

Is there a browser for Android that has Reader like feature and the ability to block ads?

Google Chrome does not have any of these features. I tried changing flags in Chrome to enable reader mode but it sucks compared to safari. It also does not have ad blocking.

I tried Adblock browser for android but it does not have a Reader mode.

Really miss Safari on Android.

Best way to emulate Safari on Android is to use any browser, then load up a page and hit the reload button three times in a row
