Actually I am having a new problem now

Everything seems to be okay apart from that...but when for example I watch a YouTube video...and then click on another video to watch....nothing happens when I click to watch another video...so I have to close YouYube and opening it again to watch another video?

Is it the UBLOCK that is causing this? I only installed UBLOCK yesterday and have never had this problem before...

It sounds highly likely that Ublock is causing all these problems, choose another ad blocker (there are many) or do without one seems a far better option, or maybe look at your Ublock settings and change what it is blocking and how.

It does seem that way
Which blocker do you use or can you recommend one? I really need one because otherwise browsing will be unbearable with all the ads.

I don’t bother these days i’ve Got pop ups blocked and that’s about it. Adblock was ok when I used it but read the reviews and see which one will suit you best.

The word on the net is adblocker plus and adguard are your best bets for safari.

Thanks

Can I ask....Do you clear your safari history from time to time or does that not need to be done?

Yeah I do it doesn’ need to be done but I keep passwords and stuff in keychain so for me it doesn’t really matter if I delete the history. I have it set in preferences to delete after 24 hours saves me the hassle of doing it myself.

Oh does that help speed up Safari?

It's a long shot.. but you don't happen to be running Beta versions of macOS do you?

Maybe you wanted to try High Sierra before it came out, but the Beta programme has continued to download unstable versions to your MacBook without you realising?

Just one to cross of the list of things that it may be.
