Let me know what you think. I'm waiting for your permission :D
It's your Mac, so you can do what you want. You don't need my permission for anything. If it were mine, I wouldn't delete any of that. I would forget trying to run such apps and just use the computer for whatever you use it for. None of that will make your system run any faster.

I know but why keep it if it's not needed?
I have Lion so I don't/can't use any PowerPC on here correct?

Ok I just did it.
Can you answer me this...I'm on Lion...I don't use PowerPC or Rosetta, correct?

If I were you, I'd follow the excellent advice given by GGJstudios.

You seem overly obsessed with removing files & modifying your default setup. If you insist on moving forward & removing elements you have no knowledge of, you're sure to pay the consequences at some point.

Sooner or later, when you least expect it, your Mac will act up and _then_ you will have a significant problem. One that may not be easy to troubleshoot & repair.

I removed all languages (except all English ones) and gained over 2GB of Hard Drive space.

I'm done messing with it...but why waste 2GB of Hard Drive Space?

I noticed one problem and it's this...I doubt it's anything major, but how in the hell do I delete this? (Bc it wasn't there earlier today)

Did you recently install an app related to Google Voice? It looks like it might be the .dmg associated with that. In Finder, can you see it on the sidebar under devices? If so, eject it. It may also appear on your Desktop, where you can eject it by dragging it to the Trash.

I was able to get this App for free...It wants to clean up some languages...I only speak English so it seems like a waste to have these other languages.
If you remove language packages from applications or frameworks, you make the "code signatures" of the applications or frameworks invalid. Code signed apps and frameworks exist since Mac OS X 10.5.x, and future system versions require untouched code signatures, which means that you cannot delete anything from frameworks or applications. The only safe way to reduce the storage space requirement is the HFS file system compression (via ditto).
