This is happening right now.

I type something in start page search bar, the page loads, I can see the page's content. And then immediately the webpage reverts back to the start page! Another example: sometimes when I use google to look for images, I click the image tab, and then it loads, and then it goes back the main search page again!

What is this? I haven't sees anyone posted a thread like this. Is this happening to anyone else? I am so annoyed.

I have already cleared out cache and all history, so I have no idea what could be causing this other than Safari itself.

I've experienced this as well. I believe it's tied to iCloud syncing between devices.

I have also closed tabs on my MBP and a few seconds later Safari seems to automatically (and annoyingly) refresh and those tabs reopen on my machine. I'd say it's a minor bug that Apple still needs to work out.

"other than Safari itself"

I like PaleMoon (I believe v 29.0.1 is the latest Mac version)
