Same screen as last years 13" MBA?

What about the 13" MBA screen vs the 11" MBA screen?

11" air is 135
13" air is 128
13" pro is 113
15" pro is 110 (1400 x 900)
15" pro is 128 (1680 x 1050)

retina is high as hell!

not much of a difference between the airs though

i posted that earlier in the thread, so that is why the 11" looks better

They have replace the screen in the new product and Now it is called Retina Display. And it is definitely of very high Resolution.

Yes correct for the 15" Retina MBP but not for the PCs we are talking about here, the 13" MBA or 11" MBA.

This is still my only complaint about the MBAs. I was hoping for a better screen in this refresh as well. It appears they will bypass the screen upgrade and go straight to the retina screens, but how many refreshes will it take for that?

Im looking forward to seeing the new zenbook primes in person. The 1080 IPS screen may very well seal the deal.

I have in front of me right now a 17" mbp 2009, a 13" mbp 2010 and a 11" 2010 air.

The Air's screen quality regarding color, contrast, vibrance and view angles is certainly inferior to 13" mbp.

You can notice it immediately.

Yes the screen is more or less the same as last year's model - it is still pretty flat.
