It doesn't work that way.I only got five Tweeter robot now.
So, get ready for millions of pears?
That's true, but there are more limitations:i feel they will only donate if you hashtag #apearforanapple
1. Tweets must be sent from a Belgian account.
2. There is a maximum of 5 tweets allowed by each Twitter user.
Oh, wow, I thought "fuzz" was intentional.
I hope they have a massive airplane to handle all that fruit.
But very nice!
The pears are Belgian and the give-away spot is in Brussels. So a max distance of 150 miles.Hope they have a way to deliver those pears, seeing as how Apple has so many of the shipping services booked in anticipation of their iPhones sales. Hate to see it all go to spoils. Think it is a cool campaign though. Have to agree, could use some better graphics.
The typography, layout and color (white text on light background) are actually killing me. This is the end. They did nearly everything wrong.
I'm honestly thinking about designing a better one just to see if they steal it.
Oh, wow, I thought "fuzz" was intentional. I know some fruits are fuzzy... I don't personally eat pears but I thought maybe they were one of the fruits with fuzz.
Really? I see a lady in a flowing dress.
With shoulder pads. Very '80's
So if 1 billion #apple tweets occur today, is there that many pears? Is Samsung going to produce these in China and export them, hurting the pear economy in Belgium?
You mean the pre-release mockup that 9to5Mac made that doesn't look like the final product? OK.
First, it doesn't count if there are #apple tweets. Only tweets that include #aPearForAnApple will count. Second, there won't be a billion tweets, since only tweets from Belgium accounts qualify. Even if every man, woman and child in Belgium tweeted their maximum of 5 tweets, it would still only amount to about 55 million. Finally, it has nothing to do with China, as the entire promotion is restricted to Belgium. So if 1 billion #apple tweets occur today, is there that many pears? Oh and more thing, it's quite difficult to read.
Good job.
The graphic designer should be shot - the colours clash - the green / yellow washes out the white - they must be on drugs. It looks crap.
All right ... I'm guessing these 2 are real. And the word "caffeine" is barely readable. Just like the poorly designed samsung billboard above.
Seems like this endorses apple to me

Wrong. See post #66.I think they're going to have to donate several hundred million pears then.
