Go to Fedex.com. If you get the "Choose Your Country" splash page, choose USA (of course). On the next page hover cursor over Track. Choose "Track by Reference" in the drop down menu. Enter "Samsung Trial Program" (minus the quotes) in the big text box. Change Destination Country to United States and then enter the shipping zip code. Tap Track and your package should come up...

That's how i found it also. I meant the order number. I'm about half zombie this time of year, long hours and all.

I got an email from Samsung today saying it shipped, and to expect it 8/26. It's slotted for delivery tomorrow. I wonder when they started the timer on these things, I mean if I don't get it back to them on what they call day 31 will they bill me the full price?

Maybe it's in the paperwork. Can anyone fill me in?

I spoke to one of the reps at Samsung promotions since I was curious as well and they clarify that the trial starts once you receive the phone and you active it.

Just got my fedex tracking email. I was 8xx (order #). Looks like it will be overnight delivery for me. Tomorrow.

Though I will not be home at the time it will be delivered.

Do they require signature actually?

I won't be home either. Leaving a note. Hopefully they comply.

Everyone will get their phones by this week or early next week im pretty sure. I don't think they anticipated this promotion blowing up like it did and it kinda caused a lot of problems with logistics and shipping. Think about how many products are ordered via samsung in a single day, now times that by all the promo orders that was placed. That's a lot of extra work to unload on a factory in just 1 day -- to have to get that packed up and shipped out to everyone will take some time.

As of this morning I did not have a shipment notification from Samsung. I emailed their customer support and lo and behold, a couple hours later I got a notification for overnight shipping to be here on Thursday. Time to put my iPhone 5s on Craigslist. :-D

What email did you email to?

Getting mine tonight, got an e-mail saying that my 30 day trial started yesterday, lol, not getting it till late tonight, whatever... I'm just going to use for 2 weeks then pre-order the 6s. Suckers

Does anyone know when the device needs to be returned? I was expecting something in the box to let me know. Is it 30 days from ship date, delivery or order?

Same phone! There's already a software update available. The phone is running Lollipop 5.1.1...

You know if we can just pop in our old SIM? there were instructions with the Verizon material that came with it, but i've never had to mess with SIM cards as I went from an iPhone 4 to a 5 (my current phone). And what does swapping SIMs do for the phone? Contacts, my current number, data plan?

Massive gimmick, I tried Android last summer. First I chose a Sony Xperia Z2, then went to a Samsung Galaxy 5. Android OS is miles behind in terms of usability, gaming performance and many other things.

The Samsung felt cheap and tacky and I HATED its custom UI and battery life was rubbish. On the other hand the Sony was a great phone with superb screen, awesome battery life and a fabulous camera but a little cumbersome to hold and of course it ran Android....

How is this not how it works?
If people are desperate, malicious or criminal enough there are probably flawed ways to get out of Samsung being guaranteed Sales or collection if people violate the rental or try to keep their phones

People could cancel their cards, cards can expire, etc

You're not simply freed from credit card debt by canceling your card. If that were the case, I would be canceling all of mine right now.

Not really it's totally fair and reasonable of them to do that to some extent if you're using a device on a plan not intended for it especially unlimited data you're essentially cheating the system or trying to steal ( use ) service you aren't actually paying for.

Using say 60GB on T-Mobile Unlimited data cause you have a smartphone? Totally fair cause their terms and conditions allow it

Using 60 GB with Any other carriers on a grandfathered plan
( AT&T Metro etc )
Violation of Terms and Conditions as they were never designed or updated for using smartphones

Ideally would be nice if ALL Cariers follow TMO and actually rollout modernized unlimited plans preferably
Unlimited 4G LTE

But we can all dream
AT&T still has the edge in a variety of areas over most cariers

A device not intended for unlimited data? if you buy your phone outright like I did with the iPhone 5, you're not forced to change your plan. At least not with Verizon. And now, they've done away with two-year contracts and "Edge", so now you have to pay for the entire phone - either upfront or over 24 months. If you choose the latter, then you have to change your plan.

Not touching SIM cards. Was just using this as an extra phone. Forwarding my GV number to this phone. When the new iPhones come out, I'm porting my GV number permanently to VZW...

I have been an iPhone user since iPhone 3G, and love my iPhone 6 running iOS 9 public beta 5. Though I’d check out the Samsung 6S Edge through the promotion. My thoughts are that the iOS operating system is more solid and user intuitive on iOS 9 beta 5. The application options and functionality are better on iOS. But the camera and screen on the Samsung 6S Edge are leaps and bounds ahead of the iPhone 6. I cannot believe how much better the screen quality and picture quality really is on the Samsung. Apple really needs to step up its game and double up on pixel density, add OLED displays, and hopefully adopt a better light sensor with some more pixels to boot. Additionally, the Samsung has some awesome little features that the iPhone doesn’t, not deal breakers, but would be nice to have. Such as the built in heart rate monitor (that is accurate with my Garmin heart rate strap), side clock display, split screen, and endless customization. I won’t be getting a new phone until fall of 2016, probably will be an iPhone.

popping sim card basically means putting your current sim on the NEW NOTE 5 and since is Verizon it comes automatically unlocked, depending on your carrier you might have to set up the APN to receive data and MMS.

Got the phone in. On first impressions man this S6 Edge is pretty sexy. Its charging right now.
