Are you seriously arguing that there is a difference between disapproving the order and a veto?

And the difference between the president issuing an order and someone acting with his authority?

Not only are you wrong, but even if you were right, you are arguing a semantic distinction without a difference.

That's EXACTLY what I'm saying. And, no, I'm not wrong. I don't care about the EFFECT of the disapproval. The point is, MacRumors used incorrect and misleading words. Why is it okay for MacRumors to distort reality but wrong for me to "argue a semantic distinction"?

Wrong thread?

Nope...Samsung has been asking for a bruising since they started the "Copy da iPhone, but make it bigger" project. It's always been a little offensive to me that their version of innovation was basically to take the "Cover Flow" UI design element (also from Apple) and use it to basically hide the main app interface that's a direct rip-off of the iPhone. It doesn't stand up to any line of logic that you can copy someone's products and then try to later have those copied products banned basically because you got caught with your pants down.
