Samsung S25/ S25 Ultra

I'm back on S25U, taking a break from the pixel. Pixel is a good phone but I've missed some of the little extra things I'm used to from Samsung.
I'm an iPhone user (as well as having a S24 ultra as my second device) I don't have the iPhone urge at all this year. My 15 Pro Max is the iPhone I'm sticking with. I did upgrade my AirPods Pro from the 2s to the 3s but that's the only Apple upgrade I have made.
To be honest I'm disappointed in iOS 26, I thought I was going to love it. In my opinion it just doesn't seem very Apple, I don't know whats going on at Apple (if that makes sense). Battery life on my 15 Pro Max has been worse since updating to iOS 26 as well.
My wife and son are iPhone users and all three of us are fixing to upgrade our phones. I'm not a iPhone guy but it annoys me that Samsung doesn't make a Pixel 10 Pro or 17 Pro size phone with premium cameras.Anybody had the new iphone urge yet?

Yep...i fought the good fight and lost......got the iPhone 17 PM is cosmic orange on Friday.
Loving it so far...I was on the fence with the orange color but I like it so far! but I wish they had black available. I would have gotten that color. Using the 17PM along with the S25U and PXL 10
🤣🤣🤣 I was being strong but now I want to pick up the 17 PM in silver (black would always be the default choice for me) but they're on back order for a few weeks
Yeah I used iPados 26 for a hot minute. Still just a jumbled mess. OneUI is so much more intuitive and user friendly.

That’s some bad luck right there, two separate companies just happen to have exact same issue……with dust 🤔
Maybe he has eye floaters. That needs checking out.
Rumor is that the S26 Pro might be that phone, although still worse than 17 Pro in some areas. That might be my next phone (S25 currently).
I'm excited about the direction of OneUI. Looks like 8.5 might finally address one of my biggest desires: personalization of the control panel.
Also read some rumors about agentic IA coming to OneUI (maybe version 9?) that would help with commands across the SO, much like the promised Siri update.
OneUI is just the best thing in the Android world right now IMO. I want to go Pixel for the timely updates, but OneUI has so many useful features for everyday tasks.
I love OneUI and I love the multitasking a Samsung phone offers. I've spent time with the Pixel in stores and it's clean and smooth and I see why people enjoy them. I'm planning on getting one because of the cameras in the smaller form factor but I would prefer a Samsung.
I am curious, do you guys prefer to use Android Pay or Samsung Pay, and why do you prefer it over the other?
I use Samsung pay because it works and it was the default when I bought the phone.
Ya I use Android Pay also, but was wondering if I was missing out anything from Samsung Pay.
The main reason I use Android Pay is that any apps or websites that you can pay with a digital wallet, they accept Apple Pay and Andoid Pay. Nothing I have used so far online accepts Samsung Pay. I am sure there might be a few, but I haven't found one yet.
