Well yeah, it's basically an iPhone clone.

Would love to see the Samsung fanboys reaction to this and the fact that their beloved phone can't switch out the battery or use sd slots anymore. They always loved to gloat about that.

Ouch.

Where are all the Samsung fans from September? I'd like to see what they make of this.

I expect them to down play this and I also say that the media won't pick it up. Since it probably won't generate as many views anyways.

It's too bad that the mainstream media likely won't even report on this. Stories were everywhere about the iPhone 6 Plus bending (even my small town local news covered it) but nobody really cares about Samsung news so the general public will likely never even hear about this.

The only reason I care is because I still get people from time to time who see my iPhone 6 Plus and ask "has it bent yet?" or "aren't you worried about it bending?"

The number of people that are surprised by thin aluminium bending under pressure is more of a worry than anything.

Where are you finding these people? Sure isn't the comments section on here...

Why is this an issue? I feel more stupid just from reading this news/post. Something thin bends when heavy narrow force applied to it...DUH? News flash my phone broke when I smashed it against the wall...story at 11.

Seriously, is this an issue other than those idiots who put their phone in their back pocket and sit on them?

Can we please come up with a different term for the iPhone 6 plus? Plus-sized is a term of the phone-shaming technoarchy and its use must stop! All phones are beautiful.

Look at them side by side, anyone who thinks it's a clone is seriously handicapped visually.

I wonder why they chose the Galaxy s6 edge and not the regular s6. They should have tested the regular Galaxy s 6

I carry the Moto X (2nd gen) next to the iP 6 to make sure the iP doesn't bend in pocket. The secret to the MX (2g) not bending? It is a plastic phone with superior engineering. The metal antenna band around the edge is very thin and molded into the plastic mid-frame. The metal has no where to go when bending force is applied.
