    Not really, Apple can use nVidia if they want to. I hope Apple goes with AMD though. I wouldn't say this is a big piece of news as many CPUs have been known for months. Wikipedia has probably the best summary

    I hope Apple dumps nVidia GPUs fast. ATI has some killer options thus far. Also, on the CPU side, Llanos, Ontario and Zacate have some promising features if truly well developed. Atom will be biting dust soon.

    If Apple puts a >2GHz quad, and an AMD HD 6570 in the next MBPs, I will be very, very happy, and buy a 17" fully tricked out immediately. :p
