As long as you take note that it has the smallest display of any premium smartphone, you'll find it satisfactory.

Unlike prior models my iPhone 5 still has a working home button. Typically a weak spot which kills the ability to use the phone, perhaps some day Apple will follow Samsungs lead. Some of theirs have touch sensitive buttons which just like the touch screens have vastly longer life than an old fashioned mechanical button.

All the samsung galaxy's internationally have a physical home button, it was only last year that the s3/n2 came with the physical home in the usa so i see that trend continuing which doesnt help your case of following their lead. On screen buttons are the way to go for android IMHO.

Op I take it you're under 20 years of age. It's just not that serious it's only a phone, your contract will be up in 2yrs and you can start all over again. This is not a 5yr car loan or a 30 yr mortgage it's a two yr phone contract. Hang in their it will be over soon and then you can try something new. I tell my fickle 13yr old daughter this all the time.

In my case is a mixture of feelings. On one hand I feel satisfied since it's much faster and a great camera improvement over my iPhone 4 but I'm highly unsatisfied in terms of quality of construction. Finding an iPhone 5 flawless is like winning the lottery where it shouldn't be. I'm on my 5th iPhone 5 and I had to end up with one which is not flawless (has scratches on the chamfered edge) and this pisses me off.

here my take.. after iphone 4 i went ahead and did a change to android.

galaxy nexus, S3, DNA and the note 2.

all of them are beautiful phones, the problem is the open source thing... a lot of ROM's available and i ended up became a "flashaholic" and its not good.. always checking what's the best, what's new, etc... and to be honest. they are all the same flaky radios. pandora streaming is on and off when traveling (driving). tethering is cutting etc etc.. but on iphone 5 the experience is absolute joy! pandora never failed me and the tetherme is so flawless. that is why i posted a thread "show your data usage" i tethered a lot and never failed. fast data and no choking at all.

extremely satisfied with the ip5. Coming from ip4 ..this is so much lighter, faster, longer lasting battery, and more. Plus, I love using LTE with my unlimited plan.

It's now several months since the launch of the iPhone 5. This has been my first iPhone. Something still feels inadequate especially when I interact with pals who have decided to keep their iPhone 4S saying they are very content with it and will not even bother upgrading to the 5. Do you feel the same?

Satisfied with iPhone 5? Yes!

Satisfied with iOS? NO!

I've had the iPhone 4, 4S and now have the 5. I hand off the older ones to family members. I love the iPhone 5. Really nice. Fast and light and the battery life is great. Rarely does it drop below 50% by night. Since I also have an iPad I'm not a heavy user.

My wife recently picked up my phone and remarked how light it was.

I'm quite satisfied with the iPhone 5, yes. It's a wonderfully light phone with a brilliant screen, fast wireless speeds, decent battery life, and a gorgeous design. Plus, I'm loving the feeling of the back being made from aluminum again; been waiting for this for years now :)

iPhone user since 2007 :)

i am very satisfied too. my only issue is that not all LTE bands are supported, so my carrier's LTE band wont be supported on iphone 5, because apple does not support 80% of the LTE bands in Europe. So i am hoping this is something :apple:will support on next iphone.

I gauge quality based on how heavy something is, how easily it "scuffs", and how well it stacks up with MY "wish" list of features, even if it obliterates the old model in almost every category.

I am the quintessential iPhone 5 hater. I cling to the opinion that the 4S is better, mainly because I don't have an available line to upgrade, because glass NEVER shatters, and because the 5 didn't release with a 5" screen like I desperately wanted. If it did I would find something else to complain about anyway, so it really doesn't matter.

I'm also pissed about iOS. Not because there are any problems with it, but because if things aren't radically different I get bored REALLY easy and have to change just for the sake of change.

Love my iPhone 5. Lte, bigger screen, amazing look all are great. If you want a quality product get an iPhone 5.

Very satisfied. Best iPhone ever. I take it everywhere with me and it does everything just about. Love the LTE instant loading of everything and the amazing battery life.

Really happy with it. It's the first iPhone I've owned though. I couldn't have been disappointed considering my previous iOS device was an iPod touch 4, so it was a big upgrade from that.

I have the white 32GB model and so far it has worked perfectly for me. Enough space for all I need, and the actual device is in perfect conditions (have had it for almost 3 months now), no scratches or anything (I put a case on it the day I bought it though).

I'm satisfied with mine. Upgraded from an iPhone 4. Only thing that would make it better would be improved battery life.

Aside from the aluminum being a little soft I love everything about it. Getting used to the lighter weight took a bit of time and I almost went back to my 4 but I had already bestowed that wonderful piece of kit onto my girlfriend. The fact that LTE wasn't available in my area also played a large role in my desire to revert but that has since changed and I can't imagine going back to 3G.

Pretty satisfied with my 5 here BUT recalling the day I opened my iphone 4, I was completely amazed. Although it wasn't my first iphone, I babied that thing and remember being on it for hours on end. Didn't felt that way when I got the 5. I guess the phone is aesthetically pleasing to eye, but the stale OS isn't doing much for me. :/

Well I am an iPhone user since 2011 so for me this is a big upgrade, loved the 4 but the 5 is better in every way. Only problem is my carrier doesn't have LTE yet, they are rolling it out this year so hopefully I can benefit.

I'm very satisfied with iPhone 5. But it will be better if the iPhone's screen is bigger than before. In my eyes, 4.7 inch is perfect.

Yes, hope Apple could update the battery life of iPhone 5s. Also we can make use of several Ways to Extend our iPhone 5 Battery Life, like Turn off Bluetooth unless you need it. And Disable every App currently using Location Service except Find my iPhone and Reminders. All these tips are useful to extend your iPhone's battery life.

I'm very happy with mine. I spent a week with a larger screen phone which for me did away with the desire for a bigger screen. There is something to the one handed operation after all. Battery life is phenomenal and if we ever get LTE in my town I'll be in heaven. I've used it numerous times on day trips and it will certainly complete things. On my next iphone I'd like to see camera improvements and Apple quality fingerprint reader along with the typical speed improvements.
