Not exactly. I believe they have Saturday delivery but it costs more than regular weekday delivery. Therefore, any packages scheduled for delivery on a Friday that are not delivered are held until the next business day. However, at Apple's request, and presumably expense if UPS is charging them (I could see UPS not charging Apple for this in exchange for a larger chunk of their business), they will attempt another delivery on Saturday along with other packages already scheduled for Saturday delivery.
