Norwegian and Danish Apple Online Stores have sim-free iPhone 4s available (3 weeks ship time).

Swedish or Finnish Online stores... nope.

Wtf Apple :(

Sure, are you willing to pay the price for an unlocked iPhone 4?

4699 DKR (~$822) for the iPhone 4 16GB or 5499 DKR (~$962) for the iPhone 4 32GB.

Yes I am. And so are lots of other Finns (this is based on the views of the members of the most popular Finnish Mac forum, hopeinenomena.net).

TeliaSonera in Finland is so far the only operator who carries iPhone 4 and their prices are 600€ ($783) for the 16GB model and 720€ ($940) for the 32GB model.

TeliaSonera is also the most expensive operator here in Finland. Their call rates, data rates etc. are out of this world.

As you can see... our subsidized prices are nearly the same as unlocked sim-free prices directly from Apple Online Store. So you must understand it would be kind of nice for Apple to offer that option on their Finnish Online Store...

It does not compute....

I just spoke to a Telenor sales girl, if I make an order today I'll have the phone in 4 weeks.

I think I'll go with Telia, Telia Till Vänner 24 months SEK199/month until the end of the year (after that SEK229/month). Almost every one I know use Telia and I'll be using a lot of WIFI.

That makes totally sense.

I would be glad to help out although in Denmark we are currently restricted to 2 per customer.
