ahahhaha
Bro it’s very clear my question…
I ask if my spot can be a defect no scratch…
Thank you for your reply
Yes I know, but in warranty by Apple Store
Yes thank you so much
It was new, I took it day one.
It’s always with cover and glass protection
Yes i bought it in apple store at day one, but i saw it only yesterday. If you bought this from an Apple Store, I suggest returning to the store to get a brand new unit. It looks like a defect to me. And it's not paint as this is anodized aluminium which is an electro-chemical process.
If the Apple Store says they will "repair" it, then I suggest asking for a full refund, then re-purchasing a unit. I think when Apple "repairs" a unit, they offer a "like new" unit, but not necessarily one that is brand new. However, perhaps the Apple policy in your country (if not the US) is different.
Since its day 1, return is not possible. Id set up an appointment with apple support tech at the apple store and see what they can do.Yes i bought it in apple store at day one, but i saw it only yesterday.
and i am sure that Never I can do na scratch so.

K, but if it is a defect it’ is in warrantyIf you bought it back in September, it may be possible that it may have rubbed against something that resulted in that blemish. I don't think you'll be able to get a replacement in this case.

Yes, Aldo I think about it.It's been too long, there's no way for you to prove it came like that. People scratch their phones every day and they could all come and tell Apple it came out like that. Not saying that's your case, but unfortunately that's how Apple will most likely perceive it.
