You’re not going to get this exchanged after this much time has passed. Maybe if the scratch is underneath the glass, which I can’t clearly see on this crappy picture.

But I wouldn’t waste my time on something like this when the chance of succes is something like 0.1%.

Even when in a case your phone can get scratched, especially if you never have taken it out to clean or something… and when you have taken it out of it’s case there’s a chance you damaged it without knowing.

So don’t bother.
 
Yes i bought it in apple store at day one, but i saw it only yesterday.
and i am sure that Never I can do na scratch so.

I would have noticed the defect when I purchased the phone and it would not have taken me over 4 months to discover such an obvious paint chip. I don’t believe this is a defect.

If you use a non-life proof case, you have to clean your case and phone at least once per month. If you do not do that then material can get inside your case, rub against your phone and cause damage. That is likely what has happened.

You will just have to live with this minor damage. At least it’s not a crack on the screen and it will be hidden once the phone is back inside the case.
