OP, try to look from a different perspective. The scratch shows that you used and enjoyed the device. I know it sucks, but very soon you'll get over it and not be too anal about them.
No offense to Sheryl Crow, she's OK. But that Cover doesnt come close to standing up to Cat Stevens original or Rod Stewarts Signature version of that song. But hey, it sure beats the heck out of most the music I hear today
