Hello there! I had a repair of my 3000$ Macbook Pro: the display was replaced. After receiving it back, the new display was scratched (2-3 scratches) and the bottom case wiggles. I sent the fotos to my advisor at Apple Care. He promised me a repair. So I went to the retail store, but they denied to repair it: the scratches can only be seen in sunlight and the wiggling is no problem! That's the answer. What do you think about this? Is it really Apple-like?

I stopped going to the Apple Store after experiencing their unhelpfulness and inferior repair work.

Call them and ask you to send you a box for repair. You'll get your computer back in two days.

I called on Monday. Got my box on Tuesday morning. Sent it out on Tuesday night. (called Fedex to pick up the box at my house - for free). Received by Apple Wednesday morning. Sent from Apple Wednesday Night. Received Thursday morning at 9:00 AM.
