Hey guys,

just want to post some quick photos of my "new" (definitely was not my fault) iPhone 4s:

What do you think of that? Shall I bring that to the Apple Store where I got my phone or do I have to live with that with the knowledge that these are only the first scratches of many following.

Am a bit pissed about Apples quality control... But in the end I think they will not exchange it even if it is just for 2 days in my property now, because the scratches COULD have been made by myself... -.-

Should I try it?

I would definitely exchange it. This would bother me. My question to you is why you didn't go directly to the place of purchase to bring this to their attention immediately, before posting a thread? Not sure how it was set-up, but do you think the person at your carrier scuffed it while setting it up for you? Or did you order the 4S which was then mailed to you? Either way, demand an exchange.

I have scratches on my iPhone 4S too... Still irating. I can cover them up with a bumper.

If you return your iPhone, you may end up with a problematic phone ( bad pixels etc ). That was my decision not to return it, not to mention, the time it will take to get a replacement. Apart from the scratches, my iPhone works well, personally, I'm not taking the chance of more serious problems with a replacement.

Are we losing the whole point of what these forums are for ?

oh yeah, help and advice from fellow iPhone owners !

There is no such thing as a stupid question , just a stupid person for not asking it !

rolls eyes.
