I've treated my Apple Watch Series 1 with care.
No scuffs, no scratches, no blemishes, no nothing.
Mint as mint can get.

Yesterday I'm at the store and I look at my watch and notice
the screen coming off.
It's like 1/2 way off.
Still works great though.

Since it is over 1 yr old, what's the best way to fix this?
It's not covered by apple warranty anymore.
Do I take it to Apple and pay for it to be fixed?
Do I go to those stores in the mall that fix iphones/ipads?

Suggestions?

Thanks.

Awesome, thanks for the links!

Do I call AC first or just take it to my local Apple store?
I ask so they don't give me the round around.

Thanks.

This happened last week to my wife's Stainless steel watch....

I went to the Apple web site "Support" section and entered my phone number. They called within 1 minute, I stated my problem. Apple sent me a box with a return label and now, after 5 days a replacement watch is on it's way. No questions asked.....

What other company will give you that kind of service for product you bought almost 2 years ago?

Exactly. You pay for the service and product. And Apple delivers. Thanks for sharing.

Oh man, I thought you actually had to take it into an Apple Store.

Just dropped my watch off.
Was told free of charge unless they find more damage.
Should take 2 weeks to get the new one.

Oh well.

Thanks.
