We're having this problem (since we bought it used) with my girlfriend's computer.
I filmed this when I was in I don't remember what mode, but the computer is operational. You never know when the glitching will start and it happens a lot.
I tried auto-switching the graphics (battery settings), but it doesn't change anything.
An acquaintance of mine suggested I try this, but it doesn't work.
I also tried Apple Diagnostics, but there were no error found.
I don't know what else to try.
