Macbook pro retina 13 early 2015 on El Capitan 10.11.1. I've noticed that scrolling causes high cpu usage in all applications. That hasn't been the case until recently. When I scroll the cpu usage slowly increases. Anyone else having the same issue?

Does this also happen on older mb pros? What about older os x verisons? Any known solutions? What bothers me the most is that this has only started recently..

There has only been replies from you two, so out of millions of users I wouldn't conclude anything. I assumed that El Capitan solved the scrolling problem completely. So... can other people with rMBP13 make a quick reply?
