Hope I might get some tech fun to add to gym exercises next week

Nice smart watch.
Breathing in 70’s+bpm range
Currently charging via t.v. Usb slot as dropped from 65%to42% since playing with some settings inc os updates.
Taking somebody time to get used to different modes etc-amazing how much setup control is used via iPhoneSE
As per watch+iphoneSiri doesn’t hear me very much at all.
Though some indoor activity to try today-think I’ll try recording some simple excercises.
Initial thoughts are impressive tech for a small device.
Can news source be changed from telegraph etc-possibly bbc or guardian
 
Today’s 1st gym appt ever.
Could be fun or maybe I’ll be wishing I’d stuck to hillwalking.
Haven’t found the time to consider Apple Watch workouts maybe I could at least try open workout or something simple
Such a fun device heart rate increased from 68bpm to 107bpm when I took medicine and lucozade sport@ 7 a.m

1st gym appt was amazing intro in what to expect
Limited initially to 5 mins per machine though a report is written with variable settings ranging from 1-5.
Ideal confidence as I can attend when I like though I’’ll continue with Tues afternoons for some time as it was quiet with lots of machines available.
Didn’t want to be rude and play with Apple Watch though lots of calories/steps/bpm have auto recorded.
Got my inexpensive wireless headphones playing music from watch-haven’t yet tried any phone calls via headphones though there was 1 call which didn’t come through to headphones before I left home, iphone rang-watch continued to play Apple Music.
What an amazing afternoon today-some tech adjustments before I return to gym next week.
Are all cycle/arm/cross trainers called epileptical-or do I use indoor cycle setting.

Thanks though too early for weight training.
It is possible I could agree with Gym instructor to add some light weights and incorporate in my existing physio excersises.
Only 2nd gym visit next week- I have a cardio+epliectical.cycling type workout to follow,only 5 mins per machine.
Idea is to build up some resilience due to my illness since 2010.
If I continue as planned then I think I’m at least 3 months away at the earliest to consider weights possibly late summer or early 2019.
