How long after you received your pre order email did you actually order it? Wonder if that makes a difference.
Has anyone else with that stated ship date get a ship notification yet?

I was able to get on and order mine within about two hours after the email came in. Only problem is, two hours is a long time with eager case fanatics!

I should have one coming, I signed up twice because I didn't know if the first one worked, superstardj gave me one of his so ill post my two when they come in, I did it about 2 weeks ago
Just for everyone's reference, I ordered and was listed as a November 1st shipping date. I received a tracking number yesterday (November 8th). The shipping date listed is when your batch STARTS shipping, but depending on what position you are within that batch, you may be shipped after the initial date as I was.
Just an update for those of you trying to guess your shipment date: I ordered my Sector on October 17 and I just now got shipping confirmation (November 9). My case was on the October 8 shipping estimate group.
My post was for those that were trying to guess when they're product would arrive based on the shipping date listed on their order. I never implied that the shipping date is when the product will arrive. Rather, I was simply letting some of the posters on this thread know that their case may or (more likely) may not ship on the date listed on their order.

Edited to add: Nevermind, it's never really worth it when dealing with annonymous internet police.

At least, expect unserious answers if you put out a "not-very-serious-question" (smirk).
I wouldn't be surprised....
However, I believe if you go back and read my posts in question, you will not see a single question in there. So I'm not sure where you are coming from with all of this. I was just trying to help out other members who thought that their case would ship exactly on the day stated.
It's a legitimate concern so people don't get mad or let down if it takes a week or two after the specified ship date to actually ship.
And from what I was told directly by element was that if you didn't use your own ordering code you were going to the back of the line. So everyone who lined jumped and didn't wait their turn is going to be waiting even longer!!!
Unfortunately I doubt anyone has gotten one :/
They will start arriving within the next 2-3 days though so keep your eyes peeled!

The shipping confirmation finally came! Just to let you know, this delivery date will differ depending on where you live (I'm in North Carolina) and what type of shipping you ordered (I purchased the already overpriced $12 ground shipping).
Dang I'm in NC too I paid for next day (I'm on the 15th ship date) so if it does ship on the 15th ill have mine on the 16th too I knew from last time ground takes forever to NC so i prepared this time.....fingers crossed lol
It is an FE (first edition) case so I think it only comes in a slate color. Neither the black or white option is available in that type.
Right but the black and silver are available now. No longer considered first edition I suppose.
That's right, FE and SE is different.
But both has been available for preorder on Day 1.
Personally I think the silver edition is better than FE with the white iPhone.
And for the record; the only difference is the laser engraved E. which to me is useless.
