I think they've concentrated all or almost all CS in email. I too have had difficulty with phone contact. But, like I mentioned two business day response time has been consistent for me.

Better in person
I may be biased but I think I have the coolest case on the thread. I was worried by the pictures of the case on a white phone, but it looks and feels great in person!

Follow-up impressions:
It's sturdy. Doesn't feel like I could break it through normal wear and tear. The cutouts on the side for access to volume and the designed right side feel sharp - they are not rounded and smooth. The colored plating feels kind of "gritty" to the touch. Not like the back of the iPhone. I expected a smooth feel - but was surprised that it felt "gritty".
The suede back plating was not as sticky as I thought it would be - and I'm counting the days to where I fear it just may fall off.
Overall, I like it. Its my first Element Case, and the lightness, the design and aesthetic appeal it brings to the iPhone 5 is difficult to find in other similarly priced products.
The price is a little on the high end for the product you get. I probably would not have purchased this case were it not for the 20% off coupon, and even then I still think the price is just on the cusp of being over priced.
I'm going to be getting the Spigen Glass tR - as the provided screen protector is much to be desired, as well as a Marware C.E.O. Prestige Plus so I can wear in on my hip.
Final word: If your on the bench thinking should I reach for it - if you have the money pull the trigger.

My gunmetal Sector 5 had a Dec 3'rd ship date. Still "processing". Shame since the Spigen Glas.tR protector and aluminium home button have already arrived. 🙁

I can not wait to get mine I ordered a black one. I have a ship date of the 13th I feel like its forever away. I just ordered m Bodyguardz Pure today so hopefully I get that around the same time or before my Sector. Ordered Lucky lab wraps and carbon fiber back those shipped yesterday so hopefully they come by like Monday or something.
I cant wait to set everything up I got everything planned out hahaha.

I'm also waiting for my black ops to ship today, so far nothing on my order page with them.
Has anyone with a December 3rd ship date had their order move from processing? It's only been 3 days, but if it doesn't ship by tomorrow I'm going to be pretty disappointed.
I would honestly be disappointed already. That is rediculous that we pay this amount of money for this case and we can not even get it to ship on time. Are they really that behind in production? My ship date is the 13th and I paid for 2 day shipping I am hoping to get it by the 15th but it seems like no one is getting theirs on time
How about them offer some free shipping for the delay
