yeah I'll wait for Dev-team

Let me make sure that I (& others) have our ducks in a row. Comex is a legitimate member of the Dev team, right? On the spirit website, he mentions the "names" of the various people helping out. These are names of the people that are being hounded by iPhone owners about the jailbreak. I ask because some people make statements that sound like Comex is one JB'er & the Dev team is another set.

Comex is a member of the Dev-Team, but his jailbreak is a solo project. Although he has help from members of the Dev-Team on certain points, he is working mostly independently and he is releasing it independently. It will not be released as a Dev-Team product, like redsn0w or PwnageTool.

Ah ha. That makes more sense. Thanks for clearing that up.

Clearly this is real since I have the Mac version

Can your iPhone 5 jailbreak; JB my iPhone 4 OTA? lol

I don't see why other fake jailbreaks feel the need to limit themselves only to iDevices that already exist. My fake jailbreak will fail to jailbreak and unlock all iDevices, released and unreleased; iPhone 5 support was just an example.
