im gonna sell my old ip4 but do i need to remove the sim? i restored the phone to the factory setting already.... will i still have my data on this sim? thanks

You should always remove the SIM card when selling a phone. The buyer is able to get a new one from a carrier of choice for free or very cheaply.

yea, its best to sell it without a SIM, since the new owners needs to get a new one or use his.

Yeah, you can remove it. Just let the buy know that (since the phone needs a SIM to bypass itunes activation in the event he restores the phone)
