An acquaintance of mine uses Mail and wants to send e-mails in plain text only. No HTML. But Mail keeps forcing the mixed text/html mode on her. Why would this be? I am aware that Mail has no switch to turn plain text on and HTML off, but this can still be done if the user does not use highlighting, HTML signatures, and other features requiring HTML. I would like to know exactly what these features are, one by one. She seemingly does everything not to trigger HTML mode, but it's triggered anyway.
She is not technical, and I have no access to her iPhone, so being descriptive is appreciated.
Many thanks.
