Lost my Friday delivery date as well but I’m hoping this is just an update issue; seems to happen after the customs clearance as others noted. Wondering if this is why I can’t set the 2 hour delivery window? Still no Louisville scan either.

Sidenote, the status order on apple's site mentions tomorrow as a delivery date. Fingers crossed!

So those of us that have the AK scan last night we are either in KY and will see updates tonight, or we missed the flight inbound from AK and we will have to wait till Friday. For what its work UPS still shows my delivery for tomorrow.

Just got my AppleCare+ activation email from Apple. Anyone else? (No update on UPS after customs release).

I also bought AC+ with the phone but I didn't receive any emails about it from Apple.

Also -- still no update since custom clearance scan, dunno if that means it's in Louisville or not but I am hoping it is -- if we are lucky we'll see movement to our respective delivery locations overnight!

Same consistent UPS nonsense here. Did it rain down iPhones somewhere between Alaska and Kentucky? This has got to be the most ridiculous ordering/shipping/tracking experience I have ever had anytime. Thanks Apple. Getting your money's worth. I will not again.

I understand they don't want to waste $ with massive international cargo flights but ... good grief. I think from now on I'll just go to the store like @skm8159 lol.

I doubt we'll see anything tonight, that's my assumption just to keep me from checking. For Friday to work, it'll have to fly out tomorrow for me, sit at the UPS distribution center Thursday, then go out for delivery Friday. If they do fly out tonight and arrive in California tonight, should be getting it tomorrow.

My delivery estimate before it got erased was tomorrow and Apple order page says tomorrow so hope that's accurate for me... 🙁

went to the apple store today with dad and they had 3 iphone xs max 256gb in gold and we bought 2 and i was debating on getting the 3rd one and return mine tommorrow that comes in mail..

this year apple stores have just so many phones in stock compare to last year.

every day 2 apple stores get stock with least 1-2 phones of each model here

went to the apple store today with dad and they had 3 iphone xs max 256gb in gold and we bought 2 and i was debating on getting the 3rd one and return mine tommorrow that comes in mail..

this year apple stores have just so many phones in stock compare to last year.

I ordered a Space Grey XS MAX, 512 Gig AT&T, under the trade up program. I am hoping phone has no defects after this crazy wait.

It looks like multiple UPS flights took off from Anchorage headed to Louisville all in the span of 2-3 hours with arrival times in Louisville between 11pm EST and 2am EST. So I expect updates around then.

I gave up and canceled my pre-order, got my Xs in the store. But see that my pre-ordered phone made it to Anchorage like yours, with a delivery date of Friday too (they're supposed to turn it around, so I'm watching to see the tracking stop).

Same for me...typically, if it gets to Maumee, OH by 3 am...then gets to my local hub in West Michigan by 5-6 am...then out to delivery.

Crazy how fast it moved through Birmingham to me.
