There's no way I'm going to make the September challenge, for a variety of reasons. But at least I got this one!
Well done. Three more days to go for mine. Yesterday I quadrupled my move goal. To my mind I should get a day off for that!

Sometimes it takes a day to show.🤔. Completed September's challenge requirements, but not acknowledged. Any suggestions?

How is this possible? The most a person could walk is maybe 10-20 miles a day and that's pushing it. 831 miles a day??? What the hell Apple!?

I had a day's delay too in getting my challenge this month. Maybe there's a glitch somewhere.🤔. Completed September's challenge requirements, but not acknowledged. Any suggestions?
Restarted both phone and watch and that did nothing. But noticed today the challenge has been marked completed in the phone fitness app.I had a day's delay too in getting my challenge this month. Maybe there's a glitch somewhere.
Try to restart your phone and watch.
Very sorry to hear you couldn’t get the September Challenge completed and that you felt off.I won't be able to complete my September challenge. I was on track till the mid of the month but then there were few days where I felt off. I was meeting my daily challenges, but decided to not push myself further for the month challenge. Hopefully next month I will receive more realistic challenge.
This month it was to burn 20,800 calories which is around 693 calories a day. I have a daily goal of 450 calories a day and while I do hit for the most part 600 calories a day, going for 693 for a day was a bit too much.
Thanks! To be honest it is not something super serious, like something bad. It was just enough to not feel the need to push myself to burn 700 calories a day every day. Like I felt that I need to consider also recovery you know.Very sorry to hear you couldn’t get the September Challenge completed and that you felt off.
It’s a very frustrating feeling knowing normally you could complete it but because of health or other issues you simply can’t
Hope your feeling much better now.
That’s fair enough then and I understand. Thanks! To be honest it is not something super serious, like something bad. It was just enough to not feel the need to push myself to burn 700 calories a day every day. Like I felt that I need to consider also recovery you know.
For some reason this past few weeks while I do not burn 700 calories a day I manage to have very intense workout sessions for me - I am talking 45/50 minutes of average heart rate of 153 and most of the time spent over 145 which for me is hitting Zone 4 and thus anaerobic and it is now 7-8 days in a row. Naturally I also have lots of muscles soreness because of this, also due to the elevated cortisol levels because of this I have not gotten the best sleep.
It is nothing serous as I said because I could not say it a health issue, it is more about me for some reason not being to not have anaerobic workout.
Indeed! I think that those monthly challenges can definitely be useful and motivating but we also need to keep things in moderation and to not push ourselves too hard when we do not feel 100 % or if we just believe that the challenge is too stretching. That’s fair enough then and I understand.
Yep if you don’t feel it it’s best not to push your self like you say.
Let’s hope October’s Challenge won’t be harsh for us both fingers crossed!
