Hey all,

I've had no data all morning. Both on 3G and EDGE, neither worked.

I'm sitting at my desk and my phone just vibrated. I took a quick look, and sure enough data seems to be back up for the Boston, MA area. I'm currently at work in Burlington, MA and I just got a few emails on my phone.

No problems out in Colorado.

I'd concur. Everything is still fine here in Colorado - south end of Denver, Parker, Castle Rock to be specific.

Wifie's 3G and my original iPhone are working fine. Edge and 3G.

By the way, I like to pass on some HUGE tips (not related to thread).

1) She had the call dropping issue last few weeks on here new 3G and called ATT. They rehomed her tower to one more local to where we live and no issues anymore. She was setup with tower near where she bought the 3G, not where we live.

2) Placing iPhone on your standard computer static bag virtually eliminates the GSM Buzz. Try it!

Its been on and off with Edge here in Grand Haven, MI. Works for a couple minutes, then dies for like 10, then will work again. Have never had any previous issues with data or service (except the lack of 3g in the area), so it is definitely a new network problem. Started here around 7:30 this morning. Like I said, it will work for a couple minutes then dies for a while, then works for another couple minutes, then dies again. I am like 1000' from the tower as well, so it is not spotty coverage.

Have no clue about 3g, since the closest 3g area is 20 miles away near Grand Rapids.

Looks like it's back up in Central NJ but ridiculously slow. AT&T's data coverage blows.

As I posted in the other thread about this still up and fast in Okie land.

Strange I have faster data speeds now than I normally would. As I've said before AT&T is the worst part of your iPhone experience. :)

bklyn was up but now it looks like its down again - i'm not getting nothing.

This issue has been resolved for the most part. You may still see individual cell sites out here and there as they perform testing/maintenance, however, here's the latest from the ETS:

3g is back up to 371 kbps in Delaware - usually a little faster - like 500kbps this time of day. It was out all morning.

Ah, no wonder I've never had any such problem here in Seattle. :)

3g and edge out in Los Angeles area. My 3g won't connect to the internet. My girlfriend's v1 won't connect through EDGE. Anybody else in LA affected?

Shows I Have a 3G connection, but no data works. I'm located right by USC (Los Angeles)

I'm getting the same thing in Redondo Beach. 3g symbol and edge symbol shows but the circle keeps spinning forever and it doesn't connect.
