serial number=week number made?

I have a week 28, but I received mine on 29 July. What's even more weird is that mine came with 4.0. I would've figured it would've come with 4.01 by now.

My serial number is 87024 does that mean week 24? Not sure how that works though since I got my phone on launch day

Got mine yesterday, also week 28, also came with 4.0.
