So I didn't preorder, I ordered on October 30th. It shipped this Monday, and since then UPS has been doing what UPS does.
On Monday, it was estimated to arrive on Thursday the 15th (today).
On Tuesday it said delivery date unknown, then later delayed due to a mechanical failure.
On Wednesday it said delivery on Thursday the 15th again, but it left Incheon late last night so I figured there's no way it'll get here in time for a Thursday delivery. Planes just don't fly fast enough.
Today, Thursday, it says "A mechanical failure has caused a delay" again and there's no estimate.
So two mechanical failures, or are they still quoting the first one as the reason for the delay? And I would figure that UPS should know how long it takes them to get a package from one place to another, yet they were still showing an impossible delivery date late last night.
Hopefully I'll get it tomorrow. No hurry other than my excitement for my first Apple Watch. Just amazed how bad the UPS tracking is.
