Hi,
Right now I'm on S5 LTE. Is it worth upgrading to S7 LTE? I'm still in two minds about doing that.

That's entirely your decision to make. Worth is relative. For some folks it'd be worth it, for others it wouldn't.

Look at the feature differences and their impact to your usage, look at the cost of doing the upgrade relative to your standard of living. Would the real world benefits to you be be worth the money spent?

Generally speaking being undecided likely means you've not yet identified any clear reason to upgrade. :D

I am the one who always wants the newest tech, She says she wants to skip the 7 due to not much has changed, I on the other hand was hopeful of all the rumors that were totally wrong so as I was saying, My biggest fear is getting a 7 and the 8 will be a big upgrade year.

Trying to see if others are in the same boat as me and what others are thinking. :)
If you wait another 25 years, THEN you will be able to get the überwatch! Hold on to your series 4 till then, otherwise you wouldn't enjoy your new watch.

I upgrade from Space black Stainless Steel Series 5 to Series 7 Hermes 46mm model yesterday.

Had someone get me 30% discount in the Hermes Watch and I sold my Series 5 for US $430.

Now I am happy with my Hermes Series 7 and I didn’t even know until today that my watch has 2 years limited warranty. Wondering if Apple Care+ is needed or not?

Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage.

AppleCare+ does cover accidental damage.

You can just get monthly AC+ if you prefer

From a S4 it would be an incredibly easy decision for me. I can't imagine going back to not having AoD.

Because s/he says so.
Upgrade, don’t upgrade… I always do whatever I want, no one can tell me what to do with my money for which I am busting my behind.
These so-called advices are new though, I don’t remember people being so against upgrading this or that device. Too much time on their hands with lockdowns?

Guess that’s to be expected in discussions where people claim they cannot decide for themselves that others chime in with their opinion.

Yes I get 2 chances for replacements during the Apple Care+ each of the 3 years. Total 6 chances for replacements.
I had thought it was two TOTAL! It's two per 12 months! That's amazing.

It's the only Apple product AC+ that has that, right?!

Pre 5 (including SE) is where I’d say the line is for a huge upgrade. The S4 and SE lack a lot of the modern features, so an upgrade to a 7 from those or earlier. is massive. From a Series 5 onwards is where the upgrade is less compelling
