Do not disturb mode wont change usage at all except for not lighting up the screen or playing notification noises. It will continue to function as normal except to disable the ability for notifications to make noise/vibrate/light the screen. But everything will still come in

not entirely true,i threw do not disturb on saturday night and got phone calls that didnt go through it rings less then a half of ring then goes to voicemail my friend said..but texts go through without notification sounds like u said..
