I also have the carbon SGP on my iPhone. And over the months I have been noticing that it is shrinking too. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, is it worth dealing with them to send it back?
I'm waiting for the instructions from them to return the wrong replacement I mentioned in my previous post. I'll probably go through with one more attempt....
I mailed the old-style one back... copy & pasted the address directly from their instructions. They claim it has still not arrived after 3 weeks and will not replace it with the correct one until they locate it in their warehouse...
