I've had it on my iPhone 4 for awhile now and I bought the incredible shield ultra matte series. So far it's been fine to me and the screen protector doesn't leave residue at all, there was a time where dust was underneath it and I just used tape to lift and remove the dust with another piece of tape. I don't know if you guys are taking care of your ipad/iphone but I don't have any scratches on the screen as well.

I put two different oleophobics on my iPhone 4 from sgp and both had deep scratches within a week. I take very good care of my phone. Switched to power support and haven't had a scratch in 3 months. I will say the fitment of the sgp protectors is perfect. Even better than power support.

These guys are so FOS!

While they may be the only game in town, that will only be for a short time.

They are plain and imply just crooks. They never give replacements, their argumentative, extremely slow to respond, and they misrepresent themselves all the time.

One example I just found on their site was the offer for free Amazon Prime shipping, yet you wander over to Amazon and find that is in fact not true.

One time I used one of their products on my first ipad it scratched almost immediately, they should say ultra fine is ultra susceptible to fine scratches which then brings you the ultimate experience in distorting your screen.

I hate scratches on my screen and this is what I thought I were trying to avoid by buying these over priced slices of saran wrap!

SOmetimes I think I'll just go without, I pay for insurance, the fifty dollar deductible is not all that much more to pay should something happen on the front of my screen.

I'll wait for Power Support too, I have always had a good experience with them, the matte takes a nai to scratch and I had it on for almost the life of my first gen.

These guys are just plain uncooperative.

Same here. I was always a Power Support user and decided to purchase their screen shield for the iPhone 4 cause they were the only one at the time. I had installed it perfectly and after 2 weeks it started to lift and bubble. Contact them through email without any response even after 4 emails. Then I also decided to purchase their Carbon Fiber skin for the back. There shipping got lost which I also tried contacting them to no avail. I finally contacted them through their tweet which they responded I should contact the post office since it's out of their hand. Never received my skin or refund. Never will deal with them again. I went ahead and ordered a Power Support Crystal shield for the iPad 1 for my iPad 2 and the fit is perfect. Maybe others have good experience with them but my 2 dealings have left a really sour taste.

So the power support for iPad 1 works on the iPad 2? Does it affect the front camera and can you post a pic?

Awesome thanks. Could you also post a pic from the front camera? I would rather not have a cutout anyway.

Here's a couple of pics from the Power Support Crystal film that was made for the original iPad but works great with the iPad 2. I tried to capture the best I can but like I said in my earlier post you can't really tell it's on. Also I tried to show ow it is slightly shorter by taking pictures of the corners. Hopefully it'll show up.

Great Thank you so much. It is slightly shorter but I like there is no cutout for the camera. I think I will save $5 and get that.

I can't believe power support charges over $6 for shipping. Anywhere to get these with free shipping?

Received my SGP crystal screen protectors (one for my iPad 2 and another for my wife's iPad 2)...

Perfect fitment and both were applied without any problems although they are not as "clear" as my Power Support Crystal film for my iPad 1. I can see why SGP had to make a cut out for the camera. If they didn't the images could come out cloudy since it's not perfectly clear.

And some advice for those who are trying to apply these types of films for the first time - whether it be from SGP, PS, or any other vendor:

+ Good results only come from well a prepared (clean and dust free) iPad surface and work area. The smallest spec will cause a bubble.
+ Start on the home button side.
+ Turn off anything that may be moving air around your work space (heaters, AC, etc)
+ Work the film onto the screen diagonally. If a bubble forms, pull the film back up only enough to remove the bubble and try again. Even though you can squeeze most bubbles out after you have applied the entire film, I don't recommend it. By lifting the film you will get better overall results.

i just got my SGP and installed it.... at first I had a TON of bubbles etc.

then i realized i installed it backwards. i cleaned everything, flipped it over and it went on pretty smooth and quickly. i had a couple specks of dust and took care of them. the instructions suck.... i'll probably pick up a PS one when they come out.

anyhow, it looks pretty good and gives me some piece of mind with my 8 & 10 y/o daughters playing Angry Birds or whatever :)

Received my SGP film today. My first attempt was a disaster (instructions suck) so I cleaned the film off really well with soap and water and used canned air to dry it quickly (I made a "handle" with scotch tape on the front side). I have a few dust spots and a smudge on the underside of the film but will probably just live with it for now until I can get a Power Support film. Or since cleaning and drying with air did not compromise the product I may try that routine again but be even more careful with it.

Trying to remove dust with tape only seems to introduce more dust.

Oh, and it works fine with the cheap-o TPU case I'm using.

I ordered my SGP Ultra Crystal (the same as I had on my original iPad) late on the 17th through Amazon and received it today. Installation was easy, especially as I had used them on my old iPad and two iPhone 4s. I had a few very tiny dust specks and got them out easily with the included sticker. I haven't used it a ton, but it seems a little more resistant to fingerprints than my old one. Overall, very pleased for the price.

I have dust and a few visible hairs under the protector. I'm going to get a dry erase marker to make it easier to clean them. Scotch tape won't lift the film but packing tape will, and then I use scotch tape to get the dust hair or whatever.

This is why I hate bothering with screen protectors, the only reason I even use one is for keeping a higher resell value next year, and that goes with the iPhone as well.

They are a pain but I become much less anxious with the device once I have one installed. I mean it is "gorilla" glass after all, but **** happens and I'd rather it not.

Ordered the UC from SGP Friday morning and received it Monday. Hubby installed tonight. I didn't see him do the install. He handed the iPad to me and said it's done, I looked at it and called him a liar. He got a near perfect install (one small bubble at the inside edge of the screen) and the camera and home button line up perfect. When you look at the screen, it's hard to believe a film is on there.

Good for you~! What a nice and perfect Hubby you have. :D
