Do these cases work with front and back protectors ?

Yes I have both the power support front and back and the case fits fine with them.

One problem I have with this case is its not the tightest fit. There is a little verticle wiggle room. That's the only problem I have.

Anyone else with that issue? Maybe I got a bad case.

I ordered a lime and a red for my white 4s. Wanted a guido phone but the lime doesnt really work. Wish they made a dark green band. Not using the logo protector or camera ring but I did use the screen protector which fits really well and doesn't mess with the quality of the retina display like other screen protectors or the otterboxes. Quality is pretty good but I'm kinda worried about how well it's really gonna protect the phone in case of a drop. Might bite the bullet on another otterbox but don't wanna hide the white of the phone or distort the retina displays quality.

Anybody have problems with AUX or headphone cables fitting in the headphone jack cutout with the SGP linear case? My AUX cable in my car won't fit, guess i'll try to buy a different one with a smaller insert...

Just got mine today and that's my biggest issue. It feels somewhat cheap to be honest, I don't see how this can offer any type of protection. It looks good, but I think I might be returning this one.

Scratch protection surely?

I got the lime back and white sides one (not the crystal). I don't like it because it feels slippery in my hands and I worry that I will drop it. I used to have a metallic case on my 3GS and it slipped out of my hands too easily once. This phone is much less likely to survive that type of fall to the pavement that my 3GS took.

I also ordered a customized casemate from zazzle with one of my own photos so I will switch to that when it comes.

At first I couldn't get the bottom to snap on. Then I realized I had the bottom piece upside-down.

I didn't use their screen protector or camera cover thingy. I have a power-support anti-glare on it.

I got the Crystal Series in Smooth Black from the SGP Store on Amazon. It looks legitimate, and has the hologram sticker on the package. However, when I put it on my 4S, it was a bit loose in it. The sides are not tight against the 4S. And I see a small gap along the top. In fact I can see the headphone hole when looking at the 4S from the bottom.

Are all these things normal? The quality is disappointing to me.

Don't worry, mine is the same way. I returned it and got a different case (well it's not here yet).

SGP IPHONE 4s Ultra Thin High Gloss Series case I have already got for about $15. It protects my phone from not only the back and the side, no affect to the camera and voice controller,or others. I am satisfied with it.

my wife has the Linear Crystal Series in Champaign and it causes major issues with the camera flash... Im thinking about returning it for the one with the black back plate hoping that would fix the problem. I don't know how they still make cases with this issue.

It looks like it will cut reception to me. I have tried several cases and any with metal that wraps around the device hurt reception

Gun metal is the color it's plastic. Also mine had wiggle room in it also which helped a little when you put a screen protector on the back. I also had the camera flash issue and the lens hoods fall off very easy. I ordered mine from the official website.
