I had one issue that was handled promptly. I bought the carbon back with the ultra clear front and the ultra clear front would not stick in the top right corner. In frustration, I removed the film and threw it away. I then emailed them a few days later to see what they could do. They asked me to send them pics but I could not since I had thrown it away. They sent me a replacement film anyways.

I got the replacement fairly quickly but it is having the same issue, it will not stick around the front camera and in the top corner. I have emailed them this evening asking where we go from here.

And yes, I was very careful to clean the phone thoroughly before applying the film.
 
I too have the early batch Ultra Clear film. The quality sucks. Let alone the covered front camera, the cutting machine they used must be really low quality because all the edges are curled a bit and wouldn't stay attached to the screen.

I emailed them immediately but never heard from them. I waited a week and had to go to Paypal to file a dispute, and three days later they refunded me the money.

Not pleasant experience. Definitely gonna avoid them in the future.

The point of this thread was not to bad mouth the company but to share an experience that after reading a lot of responses is not an uncommon one. For those with good experiences, that's great, but treating a single customer, or in their case it looks like 50% of their customers badly is not good business.

If at least one person reads this thread and decides not to buy from them then I have made my point.

Do you guys really want to flip a coin and risk ending up in the group that gets ignored and treated badly?

although i use their products and like them and have no issues, i have heard that their CS is poor so... but people still buy their stuff.
 
I had a similar experience as the OP.

I bought the white tear drop backing and it messed up the flash. I emailed them at info@sgpstore.com but they never responded.

Very poor customer service. Anyone know how else to get a hold of them?

My theory is that the white reflects the light back into the lens cause an artifact, where as the black skin doesn't do this.

I will not be recommending sgpstore to any of my family members.

You've convinced me to not buy from them. All the SGP threads seem to have issues. Bad cutouts, not straight, wont stick, terrible CC, missing/wrong items in shipment. Too many negatives outweigh the positives.
 
on the contrary...

I actually have nothing but good experiences with the SGP customer service.

I ordered the black leather skin pack and in the package was a carbon fiber skin (lol) so I showed them pictures and I am now waiting for my correct leather skin with no charge for the carbon fiber skin.

So I emailed cs@sgpemail.com and they finally got back to me. I originally contacted their info@.

I'm not sure what the delayed response is about, but they are sending me a new back with a bigger hole free of charge. I still think their products are great, but something is wrong on their customer service end.

I think if you can get a hold of them, they'll solve the problem.
 
I, personally like their products, and I never came across any issues regarding customer relations. My encounter with them was very simple. I purchased their products from online; they delivered my package; and I left with satisfaction.
