Anyone else have to deal with SGPs crappy customer service and would like to tell me what I'm in for?

Well, I have Jason's direct email address and after sending him an email recently on similar defect, he contacted me within the hour and is sending me a replacement by registered post.

Call the SGP store. Everyone says their customer service is bad, but in my experience they are excellent. I called them telling them i want a refund, Jasmine form SGP told me i was eligible for refund and gave me the instructions, i mail the stuff back, and my purchase was refunded immediately.
